Locker Room Etiquette Reminder


  • Locker Rooms are Cell Phone Conversation Free Zones. Please take cell-phone conversations outside the Locker Rooms.
  • Lock personal items in a Locker - Locks may not be left over night unless  you are renting a monthly locker. El Gancho is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

On the first Friday of every February, which is designated as American Heart Month, the nation comes together, igniting a wave of red. This annual groundswell unites millions of people for a common goal: the eradication of heart disease and stroke.

Wear red to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease and save lives!
