Fall Events and News

The Summer heat is here in Tucson. Flowers, cactus blooms, as well as the sweet scent of fruit trees in bloom were a feast for all of the senses in early May and June and now the monsoon season has timidly arrived. I am painting away in my studio getting ready for juried art show deadlines as well as the busy season at Jane Hamilton Fine Art that begins in the fall.

National Cowboy and Heritage Museum

I am delighted and honored to have been selected by the fine art jury to show two wildlife paintings for the show “Small Works, Great Wonders” at this amazing cowboy and western fine art museum in Oklahoma City. The reception is on November 8th and the show ends December 1st.

Mary Williams Fine Art Gallery

Boulder Colorado is where this art show will be held in September. I am so happy to have had one of my paintings selected by WAOW, Woman Artist of the West for this wonderful gallery.

We are traveling to Boulder in our RV and than visiting Rocky Mountain National Park, Pagosa Springs and Durango. Hoping for wildlife photos and new paintings to come.
