First Step for 2019 Business Growth: Pre-Certify for Tax Credits

The Colorado Enterprise Zone (EZ) Program offers state income tax credits to businesses that create new jobs and/or invest in economically distressed areas of the state. If your business is located within a qualified enterprise zone and is pre-certified, the business may be eligible for valuable state income tax credits. Enter your address into the EZ online map and find out if your business is located within a qualified enterprise zone.

Enterprise zone tax credits can be earned on investments, job training, hiring of new employees, research and development, the rehabilitation of vacant buildings, and the purchase of commercial vehicles.
