On April 6th, student inventors from across the Chicago region in grades K-8th competed at the 7th annual Chicago Student Invention Convention.  The event culminated a 10-week innovation curriculum delivered to 3,500 students from 45 schools, youth centers, and library branches, mostly low-income in CPS, to encourage creative problem-solving through invention.

NEXT UP - NATIONALS! The National Invention Convention and Entrepreneurship Expo will take place from May 29th - My 31st at the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation in Dearborn, Michigan. Our finalists will compete against students from around the country.
