EDUCATION SESSION
How Will A Bullish Asia Survive 2019?
From hard policies to trade frictions, Asia is central to market volatility globally. Take a closer look at these key trends and issues currently underway:

  • US-Sino trade friction and relations are strained by recent tariffs
  • Parts of emerging Asia are bucking global GDP trends
  • China’s economic slowdown and Asia are likely to enter a bear market imminently
  • Domestic challenges in the UK, Europe and US will likely fan the flames in Asia

Let’s consider the industry and policy forces at play and various scenarios. Which are the high impact events likely to drive markets this year and how will capital markets react? What are the repercussions of geopolitical, trade and tech developments? Where will opportunities present in the UK? Get an overview of the situation, then share your perspectives on this key issue. Networking and drinks follow the discussion.

100WF encourages attendees to invite daughters, nieces, and female mentees to join as a guest with the goal of inspiring the next generation of female talent.
