This presentation addresses the questions: What is an Elder Law attorney? How are they different from an estate attorney? What is the scope of their practice? How are referrals made? Who should be referred to this service? Do you have to be a specific age to use an Elder Law attorney? How do Elder Law attorneys determine fees?

Compare and contrast Elder Law from other legal practice areas.
Identify clientele who can benefit from an Elder Law Attorney's expertise.
Review the process, role players, and costs associated with engaging an Elder Law Attorney.
Speaker:
Joshua T. Damberg is an associate attorney in Maser, Amundson & Boggio, P.A.'s Elder Law Department. He practices in the areas of estate planning, medical assistance, special needs trusts, guardianship and conservatorship cases as well as probate matters. He prides himself on being able to connect with people, listen to their concerns, and help protect what matters most; their loved ones. While walking through situations that can be very difficult, Josh likes to make sure everyone has a clear understanding and a shared vision of what comes next.
