Quick recap : Total sales for January were 238, down from December by 66 sales. Darien was the only town with a slight increase in sales. The median selling price fluctuated. The average time it took to sell a home was longer in all towns except New Canaan, Weston and Wilton where market times decreased. Sales over $2.0 million accounted for about 7% of all transactions, slightly down, and sales below $1.0 million were at about 66%, also slightly down.
