Full-Time Youth Coordinator Search Ongoing
|
|
as-Salamu 'Alaykum Dear Community Members,
ICGC wants to thank those of you who met and provided feedback for the second of 21 youth coordinator applicants to visit and present to our community, Amir Naeem.
During the process, we have learned more about our community, al-hamdu li allah. Consequently, the seven voting members of the executive committee of the board of trustees have recommended interviewing more candidates and continuing to advertise until the beginning of Ramadan before a final hiring decision is made so the community can interact with a larger pool of candidates, as only two have reached the visiting stage of the interview process thus far. We are exploring various avenues for paid advertisement to have a wider reach, 'in sha'a allah.
This position is recognized as an essential need by ICGC, and youth continue to be a priority, so we hope to be able to fill the vacant position and end the monthslong search by the beginning of May, 'in sha'a allah. Thank you all for your support and du'a'.
Please continue to spread the word about this open position and share the job ad with potential applicants. Jazakumu allahu khayra.

Best Regards,
