BIDS AND OPPORTUNITIES

Electronic Bid Responses/Submittals:

NTTA is now using  NTTA Marketplace to accept electronic responses for solicitations. A link to "create a quote" has been provided under the details of each opportunity listed in Marketplace. Please download and complete all required and relevant forms for the solicitation, then upload them during the "create a quote" process.

Please note: Only registered vendors are able to submit electronic responses, after they have logged into their account.

The portal also provides an email notification capability for registered vendors who may be interested in responding to an opportunity. For those that choose to respond to the solicitation via a hard copy (physical delivery), please find the instructions for response in the solicitation packet.
  • Virtual Meeting Hosting:
In an effort to allow vendors to participate in pre-bid meetings and bid openings during these times of social distancing, NTTA has begun to virtually host these meetings via Microsoft Teams. To ensure you do not miss opportunities, we encourage you to register with Marketplace and update your NIGP codes.

Questions? Please send an email to  [email protected].

Guidance on Preparing Workplaces for COVID-19

NEW City of Dallas Building Inspection Announcement

In response to the recently announced "Rules for the Construction Industry" in Dallas Ordinance #200438, the City of Dallas has announced that the ordinance and its associated policies will be strictly enforced during all building inspections, and it is YOUR responsibility to ensure they are strictly adhered to in the area(s) of the jobsite being inspected while any Dallas inspections staff are present.

The announcement makes it clear that there will be no exceptions made regarding adherence to the "COVID-19 Ordinance."
