February Health Tip: Sleeping Well
|
|
The ability to get deep sleep has an impact on an individual's immune system, organ function, metabolism, brain function, and overall energy level. It is especially important for farmers to be mindful of the quality and amount of sleep that they are getting considering they work around equipment, with large animals, and with chemicals. If they are sleep deprived, their ability to function and have the awareness level they need can be negatively impacted.
