Dear Valued Patients and Clients,
We hope this update finds you and loved ones well in body and spirit as we collectively keep moving forward in the face of this challenge. We at Belmont Natural Health Centre have missed you this week and clearly it will be some weeks before we have the pleasure of being face to face again.
We continue to take the necessary steps to “flatten the curve” of COVID-19.
As of Monday March 23rd our office will be closed to walk-in traffic, while doing all we can to maintain a high standard of client care given these unprecedented circumstances.
Below are the steps we will take to allow us to continue to serve you remotely, while maintaining self-isolation directives:
Our phone line will be forwarded directly to our Office Administrator (Darcy) which she will monitor through the day (10am-5pm per current office hours)
All office correspondence via email will be monitored daily. We will respond to all messages as promptly as able.
Our Naturopathic Doctors (Dr. Arla and Dr. Tom) will continue to be available for remote appointments via phone or online consults. Previously booked and new appointments will remain available in this manner.
For nutritional supplement orders/refills we offer two options:
You may place an order as usual from the clinic dispensary (phone/email/during ND consult), and in-town we will front-porch deliver (ideally w/in 48hrs), otherwise items will be sent via Canada Post for out-of town and/or if preferred.
We have set-up an online dispensary option (Fullscript) which allows our ND’s to have prescriptions shipped directly to you from the Fullscript dispensary. We will forward details individually if you prefer this option.
Canada Post and Online options will have shipping charge on orders under $150
It remains the case that any close-contact/hands-on appointments are not available until further notice.
We fully expect this to be the new norm for at least the next 2 weeks, and very likely longer. We will continue to assess and adjust on a day-to-day and week-to-week basis as needed, and keep you informed of any further changes.
Please take good care of yourselves and each other.
Thank-you for your understanding,
The BNHC Team
