Help us help you-

As we near the close of calendar year 2020, it is very important that we clear all of our pending registrations. This is one of the most important activities your Arabian Horse Association manages every year, and we ask for your help to see to it that your foal registration records are completed.

We’re asking you to please contact us immediately if you have any type of registration work pending. Call Registry Services at 303-696-4500, option #2 or email info@arabianhorses.org
Stallion Reports Due
Don’t forget! Stallion Reports must be postmarked by December 31st of each breeding year in order to avoid late fees. We require a stallion report for all U.S. registered purebred Arabian stallions bred to all U.S. registered purebred Arabian mares (including those owned by you). Click here to download this report then mail, email or fax it to 303-696-4599. Please contact a Registry Service Representative at 303-696-4500, #2, for assistance with any questions.
Nominated Sire Owners,

Be sure to check your email for Nominated Sire Breeding Report Information. Emails will be sent to the recorded owner of the Nominated Sire.

In-Utero Foal Application Deadline for 2021 in-utero foals is fast approaching.

Enroll in your 2021 in-utero foal as a Breeding Entry in the Arabian Breeders Sweepstakes Program and/or the US and Canadian Halter Futurity Program.

A Breeding Entry is the only way to earn prize money in Sweepstakes designated classes at the Regional and National Level. The Nominator of the Breeding Entry is also eligible to receive 15% of the Breeder/Nominator Payback by the Breeding Entry for the lifetime of the horse.

The Halter Futurity Program is AHA’s lowest entry fee Prize Money Program and is a one shot competition for 3 year old horses at both U.S. and Canadian Nationals Championship Shows. Arabian and Half-Arabia/Anglo-Arabian foals must be enrolled in-utero and a re-nomination each year to be eligible to compete.

Enrollment deadline for a 2021 In-Utero Foal must be postmarked/electronic transaction dated by December 31, 2020.

Contact AHA Competition Services at 303-696-4500, option #4 for additional information regarding these programs.
Courtesy Program Renewal
Check your email for AHA Courtesy Program Renewals. Re-nominations will be sent to the current owner of record. It is the responsibility of the owner to re-nominate their horse(s) prior to the December 31, 2020 deadline. If an owner does not receive the re-nomination form, please call AHA to renew. Take advantage of lower fees and postmark/transact your renewals on or before December 31, 2020. Renewals postmarked after December 31, 2020 may be subject to late fees or additional fees.

For Achievement Award and Amateur Achievement Award renewals, please submit your request prior to your first competition of 2021.

You can renew by submitting the completed form with payment to AHA via US Mail, on-line or email (pdf format). You may also contact the AHA office at 303-696-4500, option #4 and renew over the phone.
