Dear Members,

This message serves as an update to our March 12 and March 16 communications. All updates are highlighted in yellow .

Effective at 9:00pm this evening:

Tennis/Pickleball - The Bubble will close per the Governor DeWine's directive closing all indoor sports facilities.

As a reminder, access to the following portions of our club are as follows:

Dining Room - All seated restaurant operations are closed at the mandate of the Governor on March 15. We now offer valet pick-up and delivery food service Tuesday - Saturday evenings. As always, food preparation employees will strictly adhere to food safety and sanitation requirements and will not be permitted to work if they show any signs of any illness or have recently been exposed to any illness. All quarterly spending minimums that end in March will be extended.

Fitness - The Fitness Center is closed and all group fitness classes during this time are cancelled at the directive of the Governor.

Golf - The golf course remains closed. We plan to open the golf course as soon as weather conditions permit. The Pro Shop will remain open normal operating hours so that you may pick up your clubs or gather items from your locker.

Social Events - All social events through May 9 have been cancelled per guidance from the Centers for Disease Control with regards to large gatherings. Cancelled events include the Prisoner Wine Dinner, Easter Egg Hunt, Easter Brunch, and the Kentucky Derby Party.

Obviously, this is a rapidly developing situation. Please know, our primary concern is to keep our Members and employees safe. As we receive additional guidance from state and federal officials, we will pass along updates.

With your Continued Good Health in mind!
