An Overcoming Odds event in Los Angeles
Join me and members of our adoption and foster care community Saturday, February 23 for an inspiring day of information and healing. Survive to Thrive is an opportunity to "help unleash your unique abilities to surpass your own limitations and create the quality of life you desire."
I'll be discussing the brain and the nervous system as they relate to trauma and how to transform and heal from the impact of traumatic events. I'll touch on the importance of community, tools for self care and the effectiveness of therapies like EMDR and Brainspotting.

Online groups for the ADOPTION COMMUNITY

Virtual groups will begin in the next few weeks! I'll be facilitating separate groups for both adult adoptees and adoptive parents. Each group will consist of 8-10 people. We will meet via Zoom, an application that will allow us to see and interact with one another in real time. I'm really excited for us to connect
and
work together!
