March 2020          eNewsletter

As a company, Roto North America is continuously growing our products, our machinery, and our personnel to better enhance our value for our customers. Both Roto Fasco Canada, Inc. and Roto Frank of America, Inc. are expanding our infrastructure to provide our customers superior customer value through high product quality and high service quality.

This issue highlights Roto's decision not to attend Fensterbau Frontale 2020, along with the products we were planning on introducing at the exhibition. We didn't make that decision lightly, but in order to protect our employees and customers, we felt it was the best decision.

I also want to say thank you to everyone who voted for Roto's X-DRIVE Heavy Duty Casement Hardware system because it won a DWM Readers' Choice Award. This issue also features our RotoFasco Secura 9600 handle.

Last, I want to acknowledge our employees at Roto Frank of America, Inc. who raised their own money to donate to the Connecticut Alzheimer's Association through numerous events throughout 2019. Great job everyone!

Please visit rotonorthamerica.com for more information about all of our product lines.

As always, thank you for your interest and support of Roto North America.

Sincerely,

Chris Dimou

RFA Donates to CT Alzheimer's Association
Employees vote for a charity of choice at the beginning of each year, and for 2019 they chose to have their charity be the Alzheimer's Association CT Chapter. Through payroll contributions, 50/50 raffles, bake sales, a memorial wall in their cafeteria, and many more events they raised $1585.

Roto Frank of America, Inc. welcomed Maria Tomasetti, the South Central Regional Director of the  Alzheimer's Association, CT Chapter, to Chester so the company could present a donation to the CT Alzheimer's Association.

The Alzheimer's Association provided RFA with pamphlets, brochures and other information to distribute to employees to help recognize the symptoms of Alzheimer's and list resources for those affected by the disease.

RotoFasco Secura Sliding Patio Door 9600 Handle

Roto North America's new RotoFasco Secura 9600 handle is an entry level handle with a contemporary look. Its 1-piece design allows for an ease of installation and is offered with a matching exterior design, with or without a keyed option. The RotoFasco 9600 handle is available in a plethora of powder coat finishes. The 9600 handle is compatible with all of Roto's current mortise, keeper, and accessory options.

The RotoFasco Secura sliding patio door line-up of handles continues to grow, creating new opportunities for fabricators to strengthen their product offering. The 9600 offers the patio door fabricator an entry level handle that complements Roto's 9900 contemporary handle, which provides a better/best family of aesthetic looks.

Customers have used the 9600 to either contrast with their traditional handles or offer a lower priced version of their 9900 contemporary offering. Other customers have replaced their dated handle offerings entirely with the 9600 contemporary look, some have even used it on the interior of their house for cabinets.

The RotoFasco Secura 9600 handle is compatible with all of Roto's current mortise, keeper, and accessory options.
