Leadership Styles and Emotional Intelligence

The skills that go into effectively leading people are distinct and separate from the skills that go into managing tasks.  While many physicians are good at "getting things done," few have had formal leadership training around how to effectively motivate a team, particularly through the turbulent waters of a community mental health system.  This webinar will focus on several models of leadership theory and then discuss how to improve your leadership capacity.
