CSA Finance Department Reminders:
Annual Assessment Information
While the assessment due date was January 10, 2020, we will not be assessing late fees until February 1, 2020. Please pay by January 31, 2020 to prevent interest and late fees. Timely remittances are very much appreciated.

CSA Maintenance Department Updates
Tree Work Planned In Select CSA Managed Locations

  • Tree work will occur on leisure trails and roadways in the Baynard Park and Old Military area next week, weather permitting. Intermittent closures on the leisure trails may be necessary.

  • Tree removal will occur along Plantation Drive on February 5-7th, weather permitting. Intermittent closures on the roadway may be necessary. Flag persons will be present as needed to control traffic.
 
  • Tree work will be ongoing next week along Greenwood Drive leisure trail between Greenwood Forest and Sea Pines Dr, weather permitting. Intermittent closures on the leisure trails may be necessary.
 
Road Reconstruction Project: Phase 2 of Greenwood Drive from Governors Road to Plantation Drive

  • Storm water, curb and road widening work will continue next week on Greenwood Drive, weather permitting. Flag persons will be present as needed to control traffic with alternating single lane closures in the designated work zone.
  • Work will take place on Saturday, February 1st from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, weather permitting
  • Motorists should expect traffic delays in the project area, to avoid the project area, please use the Ocean Gate. Please observe and obey all traffic management personnel, signage and devices.
  • Construction on the leisure trail along Greenwood Drive will take place next week, weather permitting.
