Traffic Alert- Town of HHI Working Along Pope Avenue
  • Please be aware that the left traffic lane on Pope Ave near Sea Pines Circle will be closed today, April 5, 2019 from 2 – 3:30 pm while construction crews mill a 20 foot section of roadway for the Pope Avenue resurfacing project. 

  • Motorists entering Pope Avenue from Sea Pines Circle may have delays while being routed around the work zone to the right lane.

  • The right turn lane from Greenwood Drive to Pope Avenue will be closed during this time.

  • Motorists coming from Greenwood Drive to Pope Avenue are encouraged to go through Office Park Road during this time.

The event will feature delicious food and live music. Beer and wine is also included in the ticket price, as well as non- alcoholic beverages.

H20 Sports will be offering complimentary boat rides starting at 4PM to event ticket holders.

Tickets are $40 per person and tickets will be available at the event check in table. Please bring cash or a check for payment.

Annual Meeting Proxies

Please contact CSA at  info@csaseapines.com  if you do not receive your proxy by Monday 4/8/19 .

To ensure quorum for the annual meetings, please return your proxy to 175 Greenwood Drive, postmarked by April 22 nd  in advance of the annual meeting. 

Attend the Annual Meeting In Person
If you plan to attend the meeting in person, please reserve your seat by completing the seat registration for each property owner that will be attending. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served following the meetings.

Annual Report
By April 22, 2019, our 2018 Annual Report will be made available on our website and sent out via email to Sea Pines property owners for whom we have an email address on record. 

A limited quantity of printed Annual Reports will be available at the Annual Meeting as well as the CSA Administration office beginning April 30 th  during regular office hours (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM M-F).

At this time, the only resolution for the membership of ASPPPO and CSA to be acted upon at the Annual Meeting is the approval of the April 30, 2018 meeting minutes.
Updates From The Sea Pines CSA
Maintenance Department
Tree Work to Occur on Beach Walks # 38-11

  • Tree work is scheduled April 2-12; between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM
  • Beach Walk will remain open during the work. However, we ask residents to use caution when traveling through the area as it may be an active work zone.
  • Our tree contractor will have their crew members help secure and stop traffic/pedestrians if needed.

A Message From the Sea Pines CSA Finance Department:
Reminder of Annual Assessment Payment
2019 CSA Annual Assessments were mailed out to Sea Pines property owners in early January with a payable deadline of January 31, 2019. 

If you have not remitted your payment, please contact Tracey McNeill via email at traceym@csaseapines.com or by phone at 843-671-7812 to make your payment. Unfortunately, payment plans are no longer being offered. 

Effective Wednesday, April 3, 2019, the CSA Finance Department has suspended guest pass privileges for those property owners who have not paid the 2019 CSA annual assessment.

Thank you to all of the property owners who remitted payments on time.
