Is Your Business Essential?

With today's Executive Order #17 of closure of non-essential businesses and requiring citizens to stay at home as of 12:59 pm. We wanted to pass along what to do if you are unsure if your business was listed as an essential business.

If the function of your business was not listed on the state's list of essential businesses allowed to remain open, but you believe that it is essential or it is an entity providing essential services or functions, you may request designation as an essential business.

Requests by businesses to be designated as essential function should only be made if they are NOT covered by the guidance.

These requests should be submitted to  essential@nheconomy.com  and include basic contact information and a brief justification.

We are here for you.  Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Sincerely,   Paul Alfano
