Coronavirus Update
from Actors' Warehouse
March 16, 2020
Dear Patrons,
As you may know government officials along with safety and health experts are now recommending that events of 10 people or more be suspended for the next 2-3 weeks in order to manage the transmission of the COVID-19 virus.

Effective immediately, Actors' Warehouse will cease performances, public events, and classes until further notice.

Our intention is to reschedule the production of "ANN", but unfortunately we're not able to provide a specific date. For patrons who have already purchased tickets and were not able to attend, we will be more than happy to honor your tickets for either the reschedule show of "ANN" or any other show during our currently season or the 2020-2021 Season.

Once we're open and moving forward with our shows, please feel free to contact us with your schedule change information at [email protected].

As you can imagine the financial impact to Actors' Warehouse will be a hard one. As a result of this closure and cancellations of future events to be held at Actors' Warehouse, we estimate losing close to $30,000 in revenue. In addition, by offering credits toward next season, we will be impacting our income for next year as well.

As a small non-profit, we rely heavily on ticket sales and donations from our patrons. If you have already given a one-time donation for this season or signed up as a monthly Sustainer, we are grateful for your gifts.

For our friends who would like to support us with financial gifts, please consider supporting us as a monthly Sustainer. For $25 or more a month your gift helps Actors’ Warehouse’s programming to continue bringing engaging and quality theatre to our Gainesville arts community and for your voice/our voices to be heard.
