- Negative: 36
- Pending: 51

- More information: DHS website
- The Governor’s Orders on March 17 instruct restaurants and bars to end dine in service and only provide take-out or delivery. No seating may be provided and food may not be consumed at the restaurant. The new clarification for “Take Out” is below:
- Online and phone orders can be picked up and paid for in person at your establishment provided the social distancing requirements are met.
- Orders can also be made onsite, limiting the total number of customers in the restaurant at a time to a maximum of 10, if a social distancing of 6 feet between customers can be maintained during order, payment and pickup.
- Click here for an FAQ for licensed establishments from the Winnebago County Health Department
- What about funerals? Funeral services consisting of 10 or more people held in a single room or single confined or enclosed space are subject to the 6 ft. social distancing guidance as well as the public health recommendations (sanitizing, not showing up if you are ill, etc.) issued by DHS. Funeral services held outdoors are exempt. However, voluntary limitations on size of gathering beyond the requirements of the emergency order are permitted and encouraged to protect the health and safety of all.
- The Community Blood Center is creating “pop up donor centers” throughout Northeast Wisconsin. As locations are confirmed, donors can schedule appointments on The Community Blood Center website. Organizations are encouraged to reach out to The Community Blood Center to learn about being a site for a “pop up donor center.” The need for blood does not go away because of COVID-19 concerns. Patients rely on transfusions as part of regular medical care and those navigating cancer and undergoing necessary medical treatments often rely on blood products.
- April 7 Election: If you are already registered to vote, you can request an absentee ballot at https://myvote.wi.gov. It's encouraged to use the vote by mail option. Early voting continues through April 3 in advance of the April 7 election.
- DHS Guidance Under Development: Tips for Shelters, Employers, Dentists and Long-term Care Updates
- Everyone who needs a COVID-19 test will have access to a test, but not everyone that wants a test will be tested. Testing is limited to the highest priority patients and health care workers. The number of samples being received at labs exceeds daily capacity. Testing is not recommended for people with mild, upper respiratory symptoms. It is recommended that these individuals self-isolate at home until their symptoms improve.
- WIC FAMILIES: WIC is still operating, but in-person visits for Winnebago County are temporarily suspended. For questions, call 920-232-3350 (Oshkosh) or 920-729-2945 (Neenah).
- Call United Way’s 2-1-1 service for non-medical questions such as:
- Food delivery programs for home-bound seniors
- Transportation options
- Nutrition programs for children who rely on free and reduced meals at school
- Information on community resources
- Text COVID19 to 211-211 / Visit 211Wisconsin.org / Call 211 (Call volumes are high, please be patient and try to use the text or online options first)
- REMINDER: Call your healthcare provider before going into a clinic if you are experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of COVID-19. This will allow them to provide guidance, prepare ahead if you need to be seen, and minimize risk to others.
