Precision Laser and Instrument cares deeply about the health and well-being of our customers, team members and surrounding community. As the COVID-19 virus outbreak dominates news media and day-to-day conversations, we wanted to share with you our action plan for dealing with this
ever-changing situation.
At present, all Precision Laser & Instrument, Inc. offices will remain open to continue to serve you in our respected communities and regions with select staff members that are at high risk being allowed to work from home.
Our staff in each office will be undertaking extra measures to ensure your safety and theirs, including social distancing as recommended, utilizing virtual meetings whenever possible, regular and frequent hand washing, as well as regular disinfecting of counter tops and other touch points in our various retail locations.
We will also be disinfecting any incoming and outgoing shipments from various carriers, as well as instruments that are dropped off for service and repair work.
Any currently scheduled training or other gatherings will be rescheduled for a later date, once we are able to determine a de-escalation of the COVID-19 threat.
While we know the COVID-19 situation will disrupt business as usual in the short term, we also feel strongly that all necessary steps that should be taken are being taken and want to assure you - our valued customers, we will be here, ready to serve and assist you as things get back to normal.
