Mid-Month Update!
COVID-19 Update:

We are aware of the rising concern surrounding the Coronavirus and our larger events scheduled the next few months. The MACC Executive Board will meet Tuesday, March 31st to decide how we will proceed with all events based on government recommendations to keep our community safe. As an advocate for our members and business community please know we are here as a resource in any way we can help. Email updated information regarding business closures, updated hours, food/drink menus for curbside pick-up, words of encouragement to masonareachamber@outlook.com and we will share to our Facebook Page and Group on your behalf.

To both our new and loyal members -

Your Mason Area Chamber has spent many years devoted to promoting our very special community known as "Hometown U.S.A." Taking the role as your Executive Director has been an honor of mine and I am deeply saddened to see the uncertainty our business community is facing at the present time. The Chamber Board of Directors and staff are committed to see you through this difficult time and will continue to be a resource to keep our business community connected.

Our staff in the Chamber office will begin to plan for how we can promote the recovery of our community following this virus while you deal with the ever changing current situation. This will be a large part of our conversation as we work to reschedule our events. Please know our priority will be to boost local commerce as quickly as possible once we are given the all clear to get back to our happy, healthy, and thriving community.

Please also continue to provide only support for our local businesses as they make very difficult decisions. Seeing the endless support makes me so proud to be back home in Mason.

My heart is with you, your families, and your businesses.

Sincerely,

Sarah Russell, MACC Executive Director
