Based on Tulku Thondrup's wonderful book "Boundless Healing," Lama Bruce Newman will lead us through a series of guided meditations on the Healing (Medicine) Buddha. These guided meditations will be offered as evening Zoom sessions and are both very relevant and beneficial for these uncertain times.
Everyone is welcome to attend!
Lama Bruce has led Medicine Buddha workshops on the West Coast, Mexico, and Europe with very positive reviews.
It would be beneficial to familiarize yourselves with the iconography of the Medicine Buddha, memorize his mantra and print the opening and closing prayers
(click here to download). In addition, it would be great to have a comfortable seat or even a place to lie down.
We are new to Zoom so there will most likely be glitches in the beginning. We will try our best to make it work!
