Vision Board

Yoga + Vision Board Workshop

Declare your intentions and manifest your dreams

Starting with a brief cleansing exercise, symbolically leave behind that which no longer serves you. From this clear space, feel the energy shift with a Powerful Yoga Flow with Breeze. Move with the breath, quiet the mind and allow your true desires to surface.

Then let your creativity shine and design your personal Vision Board.

 What you image, you create.

A Lucky Locks stylist will also be on site to add some sparkles to your do. First come, first serve.

What's included: Powerful, One-hour Yoga Flow, followed by a complimentary glass of delicious Casa Rondeņa wine, vision board base, scissors, glue, tape, magazines, paint, colored pencils, markers. Light bites provided by 1629 Club.

Materials to bring (optional):  Start collecting the materials that inspire and excite you: magazines, books, photos, maps, imagery of people who inspire you, words, quotes, stickers, color, and anything else you can think of! The more personal you make this Vision Board, the more accountability will be felt toward your intentions.

Vision Board Guide, Marlo Maroon: Marlo is a self-proclaimed workshop enthusiast. Growing up on a goat farm in Capitan, NM was sure to instill her passion for community, family (this includes friends as family), and anything else that adds smiles and laughter to life. She now calls Portland, OR home, and works for the tourism bureau building programs for small business owners.

Lucky Locks are fine threads of sparkly silk that come in a multitude of colors to suit your style. They can be placed as a subtle statement for you to rock every day, or a blingin’ display for an event you want to shine for. The strands are strong enough to withstand the highest heat from your hair tools such as curling irons, straighteners, or blow dryers. They also survive hair coloring and other chemical treatments. Each individual thread is tied securely to a single strand of your hair, and will last until you shed it. We say they can last a day up to a year, though a few clients are still finding sparkles placed over 2 years ago!
