“Making Christ Visible in
God’s Community”
Announcements & Upcoming events
Masks MUST be worn at ALL TIMES when in ANY Holy Cross building.
This is in effort to keep our community safe. The mask mandate is not up for discussion or available for any exceptions. If you are over the age of 5 a mask is REQUIRED. This will help us be able to continue to worship together in person. Thank you for your understanding. -Jennifer

One of our Holy Cross ministry partners is the James Monroe Mission House. A member of Holy Cross has been serving on their board for the last several years. She has stepped down, but the Mission House board would like a member of Holy Cross to continue to serve on their board.

A description of their ministry from the pastor at Trinity UMC, Fountain Inn is below:
“The Mission House is an important ecumenical outreach involving several churches and denominations in the Fountain Inn / Simpsonville area. Churches currently represented on the Board including Trinity - Fountain Inn UMC, are Fountain Inn Presbyterian, Simpsonville UMC, First Baptist Church - Fountain Inn, and Buncombe Street UMC
The James Monroe Mission House is located next door to Trinity (401 S. Weston St.). We welcome clients in need of food assistance on Mondays from 9am-12:00 pm. We distribute USDA (US Dept. of Agriculture) and TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) food items and other food items purchased from Harvest Hope or donated food products to the qualifying public. Pre-pandemic we were serving approximately 250 families on a weekly basis. Currently we are serving approximately 130 families and the numbers continue to rise.”
This is an opportunity for anyone who wants to be involved directly with a local outreach ministry. If you are interested, please contact Fr. Mike+
The bulletin for every Sunday will be sent out via Eblast on Fridays.
With social Distancing strongly recommended and our odd office hours we are asking everyone to send their pledge checks to the church P.O. Box.
