Windsor grads play the game
Elise LeBlanc BA '18, a lifelong Ellen DeGeneres fan, was ecstatic when she and her boyfriend Milos Savic BA '16, MFA '18 where selected to compete on DeGeneres' prime-time television show Game of Games.

The show features contestants attempting to manoeuvre obstacles, answer trivia questions and stumble through her laugh-inducing challenges.  Read the Daily News article.

Alumni award nomination deadline extended
The deadline to submit nominations for the Alumni Association awards has been extended to April 6. 

The awards program recognizes outstanding alumni, faculty and students. Nominations are open in the following categories: Award of Merit, Ambassador Award, Odyssey Award and Excellence in Mentoring.
Experiencing the world from the comfort of home
Vivian Chow BSc '03, '04 and her husband Billy Yu share their love of experiencing different cultures through travel with their children. The children, seven, five and two, were disappointed when their spring break trip was cancelled.

They're making up for one trip with many virtual trips to countries world-wide. Not only are they learning about the countries' cultures, they're also enjoying the cuisine. Continue reading.

Virtual collaboration jam session
As a musician, playing and "jamming" with other musicians is an essential part of the craft. Michael Molner, a student in the Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance program, and Vanessa Harnish BMus '08, BEd '09 set out to do exactly that.

They filmed separate videos while playing to the original recording. Vanessa created a split screen and overlapped the audio.

They're working on another song and adding a third musician. Watch for it early next week on their Instagram pages--Vanessa ( @vanessa.harnish ) and Michael ( @mikemolnar2112 ).
Deliveries to your doorstep
Men in Kilts Windsor and Deliverbae, a business owned and operated by UWindsor Computer Science and Business student Miraj Hossain, are two local companies providing delivery service to seniors and others who can't leave their homes.

Michael Waghorn from Deliverbea, (pictured left) is one of 10 volunteers who picks up groceries, prescriptions and other necessities. Clients pay for the goods by e-transfer. There's no delivery charge. Read the AM800 article.

Although the Spring convocation ceremony has been postponed, graduates can still have their diplomas framed in the quality Canadian-made wood frames offered by the Alumni Association.

All of the frame styles typically offered are available. There are several options for ordering your frame.
