In the wake of the COVID-19 crisis, the SoCal TMA Board is working diligently on ways that our organization will be a resource to our members and our business communities. Among other things, we are working to ensure that the broader business community is aware that there is an organized industry of professionals experienced in, and dedicated to addressing, corporate distress. We also are working to arrange a slate of online webinars and networking discussions that will provide members with a forum to work together to find solutions to the myriad of business issues caused by the global COVID-19 virus outbreak.
In our lifetime, there has never been a more significant opportunity for our members to utilize the strength of our professional network to deliver a profound impact in the global business community. We know that our members are well equipped for the road ahead—corporate crisis and distress is where our members operate on a daily basis. We know that we have a strong network on which we can rely—locally, nationally and globally, TMA is the premier professional community dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management. I encourage all of us to use and strengthen our TMA networks to address the challenges ahead and demonstrate the knowledge, experience and professionalism that defines our membership.
Stay healthy and stay connected,
Scott
