Daily Reflection: Wednesday, April 1

April 1--April Fool’s Day! Don’t we wish that someone was playing a trick or a joke on us?
But, unfortunately, that is not the case!

Our reality is our reality and it will be our reality for a good time to come.

New government directives inform us that our “social distancing” and our “non-gathering” will continue for at least the next 30 days until the end of April!

And then, only God knows …

As we begin this month, let us pray in a special way for patience, seeking God’s help to find creative and positive ways to fill our time, and use our energy.

Some of you may have already seen this, but I want to share with you the prayer and message from the Church’s Pastor, Pope Francis … his message is powerful and the pictures are stark … him alone in the great expanse in front of St. Peter’s praying for each one of us.

It is also a reminder that we need to pray for him and for one another.

Please spend some time with his message today:

May we keep walking in faith and in trust, step after step!

Many of us make our contributions when we attend Mass each week. Our Parish still needs our weekly contributions even though we cannot attend Mass, so that we can continue providing services and ministering to you. Please consider giving online or mailing in your contributions. Thank you!

If you know Parishioners who do not have access to email, please share this information with them. Thank you!

If you or anyone you know needs anything, please contact the Parish Office. We are closed but checking voice mail regularly and will do our best to help.

The bulletin link is available in every email we send (see golden orange button below. People without email or internet access will be able call the Parish Office and leave a message requesting a bulletin via snail mail each week during this time. Thank you!
If you watched the Mass video and took any photos, we'd appreciate it if you are willing to share one. We can have a gallery of photos and maybe feel a little bit of community! Click HERE to upload a photo.
