We hope that you are staying well in the  new normal! We will  b e sending out newsletters to help you stay up to date on all Edgecombe County 4H / Extension news. This one is packed full to make sure you can take advantage of all the opportunities available.
At Home Embryology Project
This is such a popular activity in our Elementary schools, we wanted to offer an at home embryology project for our 4-hers that wanted to hatch chicks AT HOME. You must REGISTER early as we only have a few incubators to deliver. More information under the activities section on the google sites page (link at bottom of page)
ASPIRE: ACT Prep
High School upperclassman!! This is for you. If you need prep for the upcoming ACT, check out the North Carolina 4H Facebook page for a daily spark session to help you out. 4 times available for English, Math, Reading and Science help.

Pen Pals Project
The goal of this project is to send "Thinking of you" cards, letters, coloring pages, etc. to adults in our community!

Home Gardening Challenge
Registration is now open until April 10th at noon if you want to sign up for the 4-H Home Gardening  Challenge! We will offer a variety of online educational workshops and also challenge the youth to send pictures of their gardens, produce, cooked recipes, etc. This program will also include a challenge for 4-H'ers to win the title, "4-H Garden of the Year" award!
Web Contributions
Livestock Show & Sale- Cancelled
Due to the cancellation of the 83rd Annual Eastern Carolina 4-H Livestock Show and Sale, we have created on online platform where contributions can be made to r ecognize our youth for their hard work on this year's project. Through this link, each county's youth are listed to easily view their bios and make a pledge to be invoiced.
