Prayer is such an amazing way of communication that God has given us! We can use it to tell God, "Thank You", "Help Me", "Forgive Me", "Guide Me" or anything that is on our heart & mind. We can share with God our hopes, dreams, fears, good news, and challenges. We can praise God through out prayers. We can even YELL at God while we pray! God wants us to tell Him everything, no holds barred. This month, as you pray, I want to challenge you to pray about the following things each day:
* Something God has revealed to you
* Something you are thankful for
* Something you are sorry for
* Something you need help with
* A prayer for someone else
Pray then like this: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Matthew 6:9-13

1 John 5:15
Evening and morning and at noon I utter my complaint and moan, and he hears my voice.
Psalm 55:17
But truly God has listened; he has attended to the voice of my prayer.
Psalm 66:19
Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. Romans 8:26
