Dear York Catholic  Parents and Students,

Thank you for your continued support and encouragement through this unprecedented time.  We have a few brief announcements before heading into our Easter Break.

Synchronous Distance Learning
Here are a few clarifications to yesterday's email about our Synchronous Distance Learning scheduled to begin Wednesday, April 15:
  • Periods 4/5 & 5/6: Junior High will attend period 5 (no period 4 for Junior High) on Day 1 and period 6 on Day 2; Senior High will attend period 5 or 6 (whichever is the non-lunch period) on Day 2.
  • Junior High Specials will run as they have been since March 17, with no live synchronous instruction. As a reminder, 7th and 8th grade students will receive one assignment per week/per special class.
  • Senior High Phys Ed classes and all other electives will have a Google Classroom and will be  expected to attend those classes each day they are scheduled.
  • Study Hall is a free period.
  • Seniors in AP classes will have their online AP exams after their last day of class.  Check with your AP teacher for the schedule.
  • Teacher online office hours will discontinue once we move to this new schedule on April 15.
  • College & Career Office Hours will remain Monday through Thursday from 9 AM-3 PM.
Holy Week Mass

Report Cards
Report cards for the 3rd Marking Period will be available for viewing in VISION on Wednesday, April 8.  Viewing instructions will be included in Wednesday's update.

Please continue to direct academic questions to individual teachers and any general questions/comments to  [email protected] .  Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.  Please continue to pray for the health of those affected by the coronavirus pandemic.   We hope to "see" you at Mass this afternoon at 5 PM.
