Invitation to WEAC-Fox Valley Retired's
Annual Spring Meeting

We have a special meeting planned for April 24th at noon. We will start with a luncheon at Liberty Hall in Kimberly ( 800 Eisenhower Dr., Kimberly, WI 54136). Lunch will include a sandwich buffet, soup, and fruit salad. Beverages and dessert will be included. Our association will pay $7, half the cost, for WEAC-Fox Valley Retired members, so the cost to members is $7. Spouses/guests/others outside our Association will pay the full price of $14.00.

After lunch, we will have our annual meeting. The agenda is attached. This generally is a quick meeting lasting about 20 minutes. Guests are just asked not to vote during this business meeting.

Following the meeting, we have scheduled a financial planner from WEA Member Benefits. Andrea Hartwig not only has a strong financial background, but has also worked as a tax professional. She will present on a new product being offered, Personal Investment Accounts. This presentation is the same as the one planned for the winter meeting. Hopefully we don't have another snowstorm in April! She will also be available to answer questions.

Because we need to plan ahead for the number of attendees for the meal, you will need to mail the attached form to Kim Jordan with the payment to reserve your spot. Checks can be made out to WEAC-Fox Valley Retired. We will not cash the checks until the meeting, so if something comes up, you will have until April 18 to cancel. Please mail the form and check to Kim Jordan, W9982 River Rd., New London, WI 54961. Include your email address on the form so you can receive confirmation that your check was received.

Questions can be directed to Kim at [email protected].

Sincerely,

Board of Directors:
