SPRING WOMEN'S EVENING BIBLE STUDY: The Women's Tuesday Night Bible Study starts  tonight, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., in the Lower Auditorium. All ladies are welcome to attend this in-depth, 4-week Bible study on Colossians. LOOKING FOR A SMALL GROUP? GREAT!  Three of our Burbank groups currently have openings for new attendees, so contact the leaders below for information on how to plug in and share in the growth! All are user-friendly, and designed for modern abundant life.
     The Connect group at the Paytons' (1214 N. Ontario Street) is about to start a new inductive study and discussion around the Old Testament book of Jonah, led by Jon Ericson. Thursdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Email Key Payton at key@emmanuelburbank.org.
     The Connect group at the Karmans' (1604 N. Niagara Street) is continuing its focus around the Sunday sermons, related Scriptures, and integrating their truths into our lives. Mondays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Email Connie Karman at connie@emmanuelburbank.org.
     A "reforming" Bible study at the Letts's (1432 N. Catalina Street) will start on Mar. 28, and the first meeting will focus on determining what you will study on subsequent Thursdays from 7 to 9 p.m. Email Mark Letts at mark@emmanuelburbank.org.

POTENTIAL SENIOR PASTOR REFERRAL FORM:  Do you have a Senior Pastor candidate that you want to refer to the Senior Pastor Search Team (SPST)? This  form  is available  for our congregation to fill out and give to the SPST. And, please continue to regularly pray for Emmanuel's search team, and the process of discerning God's direction in finding our next Senior Pastor. The SPST will continue meeting on a regular basis as the search continues. The team can be reached at   searchteam@emmanuelburbank.org .

LUMINATE EVENT: Save the date for "LUMINATE: Revealing Depression, Illuminating Hope Through the Arts" on Sat., Apr. 13, from 6 to 9 p.m., in the Gym. This Creativity Catalyst event, hosted by Emmanuel Church, is a creative event that reveals the nature of depression and illuminates the profoundness and tangibility of hope!

MEDITERRANEAN COOKING: Want to learn to make dolmas? Then block out Sat., Apr. 27 , from 9 a.m. to Noon. Women's Ministries is hosting this cooking event, where we'll learn from Anet Tahmasian and Rozana Curry how to make this delicious Mediterranean dish.

CHURCH MEMBERSHIP CLASS COMING: Another c hurch membership class opportunity is coming! On Sat., May 4, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m . The class will cover the history of Emmanuel Church, our Statement of Faith, the meaning and responsibilities of church membership, what our EFCA denomination stands for, and member testimonies.
