The world's oldest recipes are on display at The Yale University Library.

The Tractor Factor

Our tractors are integral equipment in the growing of our Asian Pears . They are serviced at least once a year to keep them in optimum condition.

The tractors are used for mowing, to keep the aisles clear between rows of trees as part of our pest management program, and  also in the Fall during harvest to pull wagons carrying delicious, fresh pears.
