As a friendly reminder, we're working closely with your employer as we transition to several exciting changes. A new platform. New debit cards. A new mobile app and a new website — all coming your way VERY soon.  What’s not changing?  The best service in the industry.  The time we take to educate you and make sure you feel confident and well-informed.  The people who stand by you each and every day.  The benefit of trust on which you can always depend.  Keep reading for more information about important next steps we’ll need you to take or be aware of as we get closer to the launch. Take Note! What you need to know as we transition to our new platform The transition to our new system is almost upon us! Keep your eye on your inbox - we'll be sending out some information welcoming you to the new system, including login instructions for the the new web portal and how to download the new mobile app, in the next few days. You'll be able to go ahead and log in and look around, but you won't be able to file claims or see your correct account balance yet, until we let you know that the data transition is complete. (Don't worry, you can still use our old portal and app until then!) Watch your email and social media for that announcement, around May 1st or before! If you have a ProBenefits MasterCard with your plan, it will be retired at 11:59 PM on Monday, April 22nd. This will allow all your debit card transactions to post and process through our current system so that we can be sure to have correct balances when we move your data to our new platform at the end of next week. It's important to remember that you can still file reimbursement claims on the current web portal and app right up until the new portal and app are live. You will also receive your new Visa debit cards for the new platform very soon. These cards will be loaded and ready to go just as soon as the data transition is complete. We encourage you to visit our transition page for the latest information. And as always, contact us with any questions. We're here to help!
