A thank you to all who helped to make the
ASF Robert Burns Night Celebration
held for the 25th year, with the University Club, NYCsuch a memorable evening.

The evening began with a Reception and Whisky Tasting hosted by  Glendronach Single Malt Scotch Distillery and The Scottish Salmon Company.

The Address to the Haggis was given with theatrical gusto by Robbi Munro with Burns musical interlude led by the award winning team of Claire McKenzie & Scott Gilmour of Noisemaker with collaboration from Alastair McCulloch who played the historic Gregg Violin.

The Gregg Violin,  owned by Robert Burns' dance teacher, William Gregg.

ASF extends a special thank you to the National Trust for Scotland Foundation USA and the Scottish Government for arranging for the Gregg Violin inclusion in the ASF Burns Night Celebration.

The evening concluded with enthusiastic reeling ... a wonderful evening.

On February 1st ASF held our
 2nd Annual Kiltskate NYC with
 Bryant Park .

With NYU Pipe Band piping and
the wonderful Shot of Scotch   dancers performing on ice an             around the rink, Walker shortbread and saltires waving, it was a great afternoon of fun on skates.
