Dear PCA Families and Friends,

Last week was a wonderful week of welcoming so many new families and to welcome back all of our returning families. Joy abounded and the freshness and hope of a new year was palpable. This week and next week our focus is on CONNECTING : ensuring we are connecting with you, that you connect with us, and that together you are able to connect with each other as a greater PCA community. Back-to-school nights are key parts of that, and last night’s Lower School event helped make a lot of that connection possible.
As you think about connection and our connection with you and your family, I ask you to think about connecting in three ways: 1) with your child’s teacher/coach; 2) with us technically (Veracross primarily—are you able to access it on your phone?; email and messaging—are you receiving what you would expect to receive from us?); 3) transportation—do you need help with carpooling? Are you willing to help coordinate a carpool? 4) relationships with other PCA families—do you feel connected and supported?

If there are gaps in any of those areas, please reach out to the person closest to your child first, (e.g. a teacher or coach), but if that is not working or is not related to your connection challenge, please reach us HERE. In this time of establishing new classes, new seasons, and new routines, it is important that we connect effectively with you, and you with us and other families. Know we are committed as a school to connecting and maintaining connection all the time, especially in these first weeks of school.

May our God continue to bless you and your families, and have a great weekend!
