Montgomery Township Volunteer Fire Co. #2 has been serving the Southern part of Montgomery Township since 1946. Our protection area is one of the most diverse in New Jersey encompassing rural farmlands, Intense residential developments, multiple schools, an airport, a railroad, miles of highway, high-tech industries and possibly your home.
None of our members are paid for their services. Our current members are your neighbors and we come from a diverse background including high school and college students, teachers, dentists, welders, horse trainers, plumbers, business managers, retirees and much more. The common thread is that we are all very friendly and willing to help out our community. Our efforts not only keep you and your property safe but provide other services such as fire safety training for children and allow for reduced fire insurance rates for this fire district. When needed we answer the call.
