| Recently Added Resources and Updates:
- Executive Order 7T (4/2/2020)
- Executive Order 7T limits access to short term rentals. Per the order, "short term" is considered 31 days or less. Page 3 of the order includes more details. GAR is awaiting additional guidance as to whether this applies to summer rentals. We will provide additional information as soon as it is available.
- Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA)

Virtual Training- Wednesday, April 8th: Adding a new listing to the MLS
Below is a friendly reminder of what you must do/what is needed to make a listing live on the MLS:
- A copy of the listing contact - Please make sure the listing contract is fully completed and has all required signatures from you, the home owners and your office manager
- If your listing is in an Estate, LLC, etc., Please provide the proper documentation for proof of ownership/who is authorized to sign for the listing
- A copy of the tax card - Either the field card from Town Hall or the CRS tax card (as long as CRS has the correct ownership)
- Please enter your listing data into your Flexmls account and "Save Incomplete" - When entering your listing into your Flexmls account, please carefully review all of the required fields/headings in a RED or PINK color are filled-out and not left blank.

Gates Scholarship Applications Open - Deadline April 8th
Applications are now being accepted for the Gates Memorial Scholarship program. Children and step children of CT REALTORS® are eligible to apply. Note that grandchildren are not eligible unless the legal ward of the grandparents (documentation required). Applicants must be high school seniors heading to college or current college students with at least one year left to complete.
The
Foundation
awards scholarships each year in memory of Raymond Gates Jr., a former Executive Vice President of the association. Nearly $1,000,000 in scholarships has been awarded over the past 43 years. The deadline to apply is
April 8th

Flexmls Update: Virtual Open Houses & Tours of Homes
During this period of rapid change and uncertainty, GMLS and Flexmls are here to help you serve your clients while also keeping yourself, your family and community healthy and safe. As you are aware all in-person GMLS Broker/Public Open Houses have been suspended until further notice. Please note that the DCP will NOT be extending the CE deadline for Brokers or Salespersons due to coronavirus.

NAR Code of Ethics Training - Due December 31, 2021
NAR's Board of Directors approved a change to the Code of Ethics training requirement, extending it from every two years to every three years. This extends the current cycle deadline from December 31, 2020, to
December 31, 2021
