"Caribbean Hotels Unite for Bahamas"
is a joint fundraising initiative between the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA) and the Bahamas Hotel and Tourism Association (BHTA) to bring relief to the people of Abaco and Grand Bahama who have been seriously impacted by Hurricane Dorian. The funds raised will be made available to meet the most urgent needs identified by CHTA and BHTA.

Note: Where asked on the online form to identify the 'Charity Name,' indicate "Caribbean Hotels Unite for Bahamas."
What You'll Need:
* Fair market value of stay
* # of nights
* # of people the stay is valid for
* Type of accommodations
* Anything that is included in the stay (ie. taxes, meals, drinks, spa, etc.)
* Blackout dates and expiration date
* Image to be used with your listing
* Electronic voucher or a scan of a physical certificate (whenever possible)

Timing:
Time is of essence. We will be ready to publicly launch the auction as soon as we receive a scale of donations, so please act now. Our aim is to publicly launch this weekend, with donations accepted until Monday, Sept. 16.
The Caribbean tourism industry has shined most in times like this, as we come together to help one-another.
We will be promoting the online auction and sharing information with you as to how you can help promote it as well. The auction also is a way to provide assurances to the public that the Caribbean is open for business.
