FY 2020 Accelerating Promising Practices for Small Libraries (APP)
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The APP program supports projects that strengthen the ability of small and rural libraries and archives to serve their community. Projects supported through this program must align with one of the following three categories: transforming school library practice, community memory, and digital inclusion. FY 2019 Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP)
WHAT DOES IT FUND? RCPP promotes coordination of National Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) activities with partners that offer value-added contributions to expand the collective ability to address on-farm, watershed, and regional natural resource concerns. Click here for more information.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? States, local governments, Indian tribes, agricultural or silvicultural associations, farmer cooperatives, water districts, institutions of higher education, conservation districts, and organizations that have an established history of working with producer on agricultural land
WHEN'S IT DUE? December 3, 2019

FY 2020 Rural Energy for America Program (REAP): Energy Audits and Renewable Energy Assistance Grants
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides funding to grantees to assist small rural businesses and agricultural producers by conducting and promoting energy audits and providing renewable energy development assistance (REDA). Click here for more information.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? States, local governments, Indian tribes, institutions of higher education, rural electric cooperatives, public power utilities, and resource conservation and development councils. Applicants must assist businesses located in eligible rural areas.
