Join us on Thursday, April 11  for our Monthly Membership Luncheon. April's luncheon will feature Chad Peterson from Integrated Marketing+Design who will be speaking on misconceptions of marketing and how to take steps to stand out.


*Membership Luncheons occur every second Thursday of the month and provide members the opportunity to network with other members and learn from key leaders on topics important for your business. 
Leadership Shakopee

Leadership Shakopee is a six-month development program that gives emerging and existing leaders a  backstage pass to our community! Its focus is to inform and inspire leaders and challenge them to make a difference through personal commitment and involvement.
 
During the seven sessions, the class  participates in a series of educational and hands-on opportunities designed  to inform and inspire leaders. Students get a  behind-the-scenes look at numerous companies in Shakopee including Imagine Print Solutions,  Dem-Con, Canterbury Park, Valleyfair and more! Students  also have the opportunity to  meet with elected officials, judges and the chief of police.

Program Objectives
  • To engage participants in an extensive discussion about critical impacts to our community
  • To provide participants with exclusive VIP access to area businesses and institutions
  • To increase the visibility of participants within both their workplaces and the community
  • To support participants in developing lasting relationships with other group members and program contributors
  • To assist participants with tangibly improving their leadership abilities

Small Business Series: Twin Cities

This spring, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with MetLife, will welcome business builders from across the state to the Small Business Series: Twin Cities. For the third year in a row, they're returning as a part of a nationwide tour where they'll  provide business owners and entrepreneurs an intimate opportunity to learn new tools to help them thrive and grow, and to network with their peers and other industry experts in their communities.
