Exciting News! GIANT Giving Tag Program
We are excited to share that YWCA Bucks County is now participating the GIANT Giving Tag Program, which is designed to make it easy for customers of GIANT stores to contribute to their local community while supporting the environment.

This ongoing opportunity can be taken advantage of at any GIANT store. All you have to do is purchase a reusable Bags 4 My Cause Bag, follow the instructions on the attached Giving Tag and we will receive a $1 donation!

We appreciate the support you give, which has allowed YWCA Bucks County to maintain the work we do in our community. The GIANT Giving Tag Program is a nice way to continue to support our cause while working to eliminate single-use paper and plastic bags.

Imagine if each one of our supporters purchased just ONE bag and directed the $1 donation to us by using the Giving Tag! Please spread the word and pass this exciting news on to your friends and family.

To learn more about this program, please visit Giant.bags4mycause.com.

Thank you so much for your continued support.
Success Story:
Hilaria Gets a Gift in Celebration of Women's Month

Hilaria is a mother that sacrifices herself daily working hard and taking care of her family. She always had a dream to have a makeover to change her hair color, and feel vibrant. The YWCA Bucks County contacted Rainy Day People Beauty Salon, and they provided a free hair makeover for Hilaria.

After the session, Hilaria felt very happy and grateful for the transformation.

We want to thank Rafaela Rivera, owner of Rainy Day People Beauty Salon for providing this makeover free of charge as a charitable donation to Hilaria, and the YWCA Bucks County.

Wear Teal-Sexual Assault Awareness Month
On April 12th , we ask you to join us in wearing something teal to show your support for victims of sexual violence, and for those working to end sexual violence in our community. For more information visit https://www.novabucks.org/wear-teal-day/
#BucksCountyWearsTeal
Throughout the month of April, the YWCA Bucks County will be sharing facts, resources, and stories every week across social media channels and encourage you to take part as well!  In 2000, sexual violence coalitions across the country voted to designate teal as the official color of sexual assault awareness month.
