RHA is pleased to announce that our 2019 Property Program renewed with a 94% retention rate! This retention rate serves as a testament to our members, who kept our loss ratio low via excellent loss mitigation efforts, our staff and program brokers for putting together a competitive program, and everyone involved in the program - from brokers to members - for recognizing that there is strength in numbers and for believing in the power of partnership.

This year, for the first time, RHA also offered Deadly Weapons coverage (aka active shooter). Recognizing the need to address this emerging risk, RHA was glad to be able to provide this coverage. 56% bound coverage for Deadly Weapons, and we anticipate that this number will continue to grow as more properties learn about this exposure and this coverage. RHA's Annual Conference will include a panel discussion on active shooter response, so look for information on this topic in the weeks to come.

The Annual Conference has been rescheduled to take place at longtime member, Pebble Beach Resorts, August 20-22, 2019. Pebble Beach is hosting the U.S. Open this summer, so we are excited to be visiting the storied resort on the heels of the world's golf greats.
