4 Ways to Support Local Farms and Local Food:
1. Farm Stands
Mill River Farm and Equinox Greens - Open every day 9-5. Eggs, greens, honey, beeswax moisturizers, plus a sampling of pork chops and sausages. Sourdough bread made by a local baker, fresh on Friday’s at 3 or in the freezer. Place a special order and view available products: millriverfarm.org/order-products. 
Dandelion Hill Farm - Chicken, eggs, goat meat, goat milk, goat milk soap, and goat cheese.
Open Sat 9-5. Self serve. 
Cricket Creek Farm - On-site farm store is still open daily, 7-7 on a self serve basis. We're sanitizing common areas, doorknobs, and the checkout area frequently.

Fully stocked with milk, cheese, beef, pork, and other local goods. Shoppers can find our products at a number of local stores, with a full list available here: cricketcreekfarm.com/where-to-find-our-cheese.
100% grass fed beef, pastured pork, pastured chicken and pastured eggs all raised on the farm. The shop also has other great essentials from local food producer friends.
Can make free local deliveries for orders of $50 or more. 
We also offer a flexible Buying Club CSA.

Accepting check, cash, and venmo. We can accept credit card but please call ahead if you'd like us to run your card 413-429-6598. 
2. Home Delivery Options
Square Roots Farm Home Delivery - Use the  online order form  to make local food selections and pay online. Minimum order is $20, and $5 delivery fee is waived for orders over $50.
Berkshire Organics - Order by noon on Wednesday for Thursday and Friday deliveries (depending on location).
Jacuterie - O ffering free local delivery (to select zip codes) of any of the items in our store, for as long as we are able to do so.
We will also continue shipping via UPS for all orders outside of the local area.
Many products are available at local stores: Taft Farms, Guidos, Berkshire Food Co-op, Bizalion, Hawthorne Valley Store
Random Harvest - Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (March 17th, 19th and 20th), pick up and delivery service (within 10 miles) available from 10am - 6pm. Pick up fee will be $5, and delivery fee $20.
Sky View Farm - Offering delivery on Saturday, March 21. Email skyviewfarmsheffield@gmail.com for price list and ordering instructions.
3. Retail Outlets
Many with curbside pick-up
Taft Farms - 8am-6pm
Berkshire Food Co-op - Grab n Go items in the coolers. 
Hawthorne Valley Store - Open 7:30am-7pm. Order over the phone (518-672-7500 x 277) or via email (delivery@hawthornevalley.org) for curbside pickup or local delivery (a small delivery fee applies.)
All orders must be received by 8pm for delivery the following morning.
4. Etc.
Bennington Farmers’ Market - Market Day will be March 21, 10am-12pm. Pre-order and pickup structure. Orders will be placed online, and we will coordinate centralized delivery and pickup.
Indian Line Farm -  Pop-up Sale
Saturday, March 21, 9am-12pm.
Mighty Food Farm -   Taking orders for pick up on farm and plan on trialing delivery for orders $50 or more. M ighty Food Farm Produce as well as other local goods will be available.
Available at Dwyer's State Line Beer and Wine on Rt 7 in Pownal, VT, and The Village Market on Rt 7 in Pownal.

People can also purchase online.

Due to concerns over the coronavirus, Berkshire Grown has cancelled the market scheduled for Saturday, March 21.

The cancellation of the March Winter Farmers Market will have the greatest negative impact on vendors of perishable products.

How can you help?
  • If you’re running errands and buying groceries and goods, prioritize supporting local farms and businesses more than ever. They need your support.
  • Please buy directly from farmers whenever possible and shop at local retailers who support farmers - ex. Guido’s, Berkshire Food Co-op, Wild Oats Market, and Random Harvest.
  • You can find general information about local farms and food on our website and in Berkshire Grown’s online guide, including year-round farm stands, and more.
  • Tip service workers generously.
  • Cash flow is an issue for local businesses when sales are interrupted. If you’re thinking of signing up for a summer farm share, now is the time.
  • Consider buying gift cards at restaurants, farm stands, and other local businesses to provide them with needed income now, and use them when things have normalized.
  • Community agencies that serve hungry people need support now too. If you are able, donate and volunteer your time.
  • If you have backyard chickens and want to donate eggs, CHP (442 Stockbridge Road Great Barrington, MA , 413-528-0457, Mon-Fri  9am–4pm and People's Pantry (352 Main Street, Great Barrington, MA 01230) are both accepting donations.

Berkshire Grown Cancels Annual Spring Supper
We are all grappling with the unprecedented and continuously changing challenges presented by COVID-19. In support of the community health efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19 as recommended by local and state health officials, Berkshire Grown has made the decision to cancel our Annual Spring Supper scheduled for Monday, April 6, 2020, at the Country Club of Pittsfield. The health and safety of our community is our number one priority.

We thank you for your understanding and will keep you posted about future Berkshire Grown events to celebrate the growing season and our wonderful farmers and chefs.

We encourage everyone to please support our farmers by buying CSA shares and by supporting local producers when you shop at retail outlets. We at Berkshire Grown will continue to do all that we can do to support our members and to keep our farmers farming!
