I have some new products I would like to introduce to you. I have been working on this array for more than a year, and I think there is something here for most all of you. The Byrds' Sweet Heart Of The Rodeo album is credited with being one of the most influential albums in music history. The album was recorded in Nashville using two all time greatest steel guitar players, Lloyd Green and JayDee Maness. a little over two years ago, Lloyd and JayDee recorded a steel guitar tribute to the album. As fantastic as it was, it was limited to being a CD for listening pleasure and no tracks or tab were offered. I had already recorded a couple of the songs on my 2003 CD, Steels On Wheels, So I recorded the rest of the songs in my own versions, and I am now offering them with the tracks and tab , PLUS two more Byrds songs. If you have Lloyd's and JayDee's "Journey To THe Beginning", the tracks will also work for that CD as well. This has been an immensely laborious and expensive project to produce but I have kept the prices as low as possible.
In addition, I have rerecorded what I consider to be a GREAT "U B The Sideman" vocals and tracks CD of all the songs on the project. complete with three part Byrds-like harmonies. Mickey Robinson is the featured singer, and he knocked it out of the park!
