Dear Rosaryville Half Marathon and 10K participants:
Earlier today, I posted the below message on social media stating that the
Rosaryville Half Marathon and 10K scheduled for March 29th has been postponed. If you haven't read it, please do.
Below this message, I then elaborate on the plans for the postponed Rosaryville race.

Over the past 20 years and 280 events, our mission has been to put on amazing fun, well-run, and most importantly safe events. We've had our share of postponements and course changes over the years because of rain, snow, high winds, etc., but over the past few days we've entered uncharted territory with the spread of the coronavirus. This virus will impact several of our races this year, and to be completely honest, I don't know how
many.
The safety of our athletes, our volunteers, our spectators, and the EX2 staff will always be what is most important to EX2 as an organization, and to me as the race director and owner.
In the short term, both the Spring Backyard Burn at Hemlock scheduled for this Sunday March 15th, and the Rosaryville Half Marathon/10K scheduled for Sunday March 29th are going to be rescheduled.
EX2 has always had, and will always have, industry leading policies when it comes to postponements and cancellations. If racers cannot attend the announced makeup date, then racers will be able to apply their entry towards another EX2 event.
The details of the new dates will be communicated via email to all registered racers later today. We'll follow that up with posts about the make up dates on social media.
Please be patient as communication and coordination takes time.

I've made arrangements with Rosaryville State Park to reschedule the race to
Sunday September 6, 2020. That is Sunday of Labor Day weekend.
If you CAN make the new date, then your registration will automatically be moved to this new date. You don't need to do anything.
If you CANNOT make this new date, then reply to this email letting me know.
Upon notice, I will cancel
your registration and send you a coupon code for the full amount you paid for the race. You can use this coupon code for any EX2 Adventures event, of equal or lesser value, for 1 full year. Please let me know by next Wednesday, March 18th, if you can't make it.
I will process these transactions manually, so it will take some time to get through them.
