The majority of work on the project has been completed. Crews continue to work at the intersection of Chandler Street and 18th Street, as well as remaining sidewalk installation. Chandler Street from 10th Avenue to 8th Avenue is now fully open. We anticipate the portion from 8th Avenue to 18th Street will open by Friday, November 13.
Other remaining work includes grading and sodding on Chandler Street between 8th Avenue and 18th Street, installing permanent roadway signs, and other minor items. Depending on when winter weather begins, some minor items may be completed in the spring, but traffic will not be impacted.
