March 6, 2019 - Walking Together in Faith
Integrity - St. Patrick
Dear St. Isidore Families,

“Whoever walks with integrity walks securely” – Proverbs 10:9
Today is Ash Wednesday, marking the beginning of Lent. The purpose of Lent is to set aside time for reflection on Jesus Christ, his suffering and his sacrifice, his life, death, and resurrection. This special time of prayer and reflection ultimately brings us closer to God. Also this month, we celebrate the Gospel Value of INTEGRITY. Living with integrity is to connect with one’s moral compass. It is choosing what is right, honest and true, regardless of the outcome or the benefit.

Bring on the Auction!
Auction 2019 is now only days away! I am looking forward to spending Saturday night, March 9, with all of you at the SIS Gala. The auction is our school’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and your presence and support is crucial to its success. I want to take a moment to thank this year’s PTG for chairing the auction. It is a huge undertaking and they are doing a fabulous job. I truly appreciate your hard work and dedication. It is going to be a fantastic evening!

Here is a rundown on the big night:
Puppy love : This year’s auction puppy pays homage to our beloved school mascot, the Bulldog. This little guy is absolutely adorable and is sure to make one family very happy. Don’t miss this opportunity to be your child’s hero by bringing home a new puppy!

Fund-a-Need : Raise your paddles high in support of this year’s Fund-a-Need, campus security. Every donation, large or small, will directly support St. Isidore School and the safety of our students. I thank you for your generosity. Click here to donate.

Free tuition draw : Who doesn’t want free tuition for the year? Raffle tickets can be purchased prior to the event or on the night for $100 each. The winner will receive free tuition for one child for one year. You do not need to be present to win. * Minimum of 100 tickets must be sold for drawing to be valid. Click here for the Free Tuition Form.

Challenge Success
Technology Tips for Parents: Talk with your children about appropriate online conduct. Many adults are naive about their children’s exposure to harmful online behavior. Even if your own children’s usage is benign, it’s likely that they have observed poor behavior by others.
